Even as a child I’ve always loved food—foraging it, cooking it, savoring it, exploring the best restaurants. But as I watched more and more people around me struggle with their health, I realized I wanted to do things differently.

It took me years to crack the code, but here’s what I discovered: you can eat well, feel incredible, and still be a bon vivant. And now, friends constantly ask me for recipes, tips, and ideas for eating mostly plant-based without feeling like they’re missing out on life.
