SHARING PLATES

Love is about sharing

With that in mind, let’s just say, I am not the autocratic plating kind.

Don’t get me wrong, in a restaurant, I fully enjoy being immersed in the opulent ceremony. I don’t mind if the Ganges part and for my dish to be brought to me like a Palkhi in a procession. I understand that each micro green has been laid on my plate with tweezer precision. I applaud and eat it all to show appreciation to the dexterous dictator in the kitchen. But in all honesty, at homeI believe there is something truly magical about sharing plates.

Feast your eyes, eat what you desire, leave the rest, and repeat.
